Terms of Use

Ownership of Site; Agreement to Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions of Use (the "Terms of Use") apply to the The Woods Venue website located at www.woodsvenue.com, and all associated sites linked to www.woodsvenue.com by The Woods Venue, LLC, its subsidiaries and affiliates, including The Woods Venue sites around the world (collectively, the "Site"). The Site is the property of The Woods Venue, LLC. ("The Woods Venue") and its licensors. BY USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE; IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SITE.

The Woods Venue, LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use, at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms of Use periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes. As long as you comply with these Terms of Use, The Woods Venue grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use the Site.

Cancellation/Date Alteration

  • A separate charge may be levied when an event date is changed.

  • Please note that charges for changes in date are subject to taxation.

  • The booking amount will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Vendors

  • Certificate Of Insurance (COI) is required for all vendors.

Booking & Payment

  • Method of Payments Accepted: Cash, Credit Card, and Debit Card are accepted.

                                                (3.5% applied to ALL card transactions)

  • Advance: 20% of the total fee will be paid for booking the venue, depending on the event date. 

  • The remaining booking amount must be paid at least 14 days before the event date.

  • The reservation will be canceled with no refund if the booking fee is not received 14 days before the event.

  • Security deposit: $300 - should be made before the event, which will be refundable one day after the event (for any breakage & damage) plus tax as applicable.

  • Bookings are made on a first-come, first-served basis, plus tax as applicable.

  • Booking Confirmation Receipt will be given to the client after booking.

  • The client must inspect the premises before taking possession. Similarly, the venue is expected to be vacated in the same condition as it was handed over to them.

  • Client will be fully responsible for all liabilities, including food or any damage to the building, flooring, seating, types of equipment, or other furnishings.

  • Damage repair charges will be evaluated as per present market value & to be deducted from the Security deposit.

  • Management is not responsible for any mishap. natural calamities and theft.

Restrictions

  • Smoking, Spitting pan, and other tobacco consumption is strictly prohibited inside the banquet premises.

  • No animals and pets are permitted on the premises unless it is a service animal.

  • Firearms and weapons are not allowed on the premises.

  • Fireworks & firecrackers are strictly prohibited.
